Anchor babies take over

The United States is one of the last nations to allow anchor babies; which means automatic citizenship to any baby born in the US

 Anchor  Baby: Also called Jackpot Baby. An anchor baby is a baby born to illegal aliens residing in the United States, who have the baby knowing that it anchors them in the United States and is a Get out of Deportation Card. ICE- rarely deports families,also an anchor baby is in the really stupid US a citizen, and can sponser his parents and other relatives when they reach 18. In the meantime, the parents can collect foodstamps, WIC, free medical, housing coupons and education, all the while not having to worry about deportation. Most of the births in Oregon are to illegal aliens. Some of the births listed below may be babies born to anchor babies.
